See for yourself.

Whether or not you have decided who will get your vote in the upcoming Presidential election, Sarah Palin's interview with Katie Couric is a must-see. I encourage you to watch this, especially if you are following a lot of the coverage and have not seen this interview for yourself. Jack Cafferty (CNN) certainly had plenty to say, but only produced a brief clip. You really have to see the whole thing in context. I'm not publicly advocating one candidate or the other. I'm not trying to make light of the race for the Presidency. I am simply encouraging you to be an informed voter.

Then, once you have viewed the real thing, you owe it to yourself to view the SNL parody of the interview: http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/couric-palin-open/704042/.

Seriously...so not joking around here.

BTW: Don't miss the Vice Presidential debate on Thursday!

Every Time

If the TV is on close to 4pm, I get sucked in by those Oprah (hereafter referred to as O) commercials...every time.

So...once again...I watched a little of O's show today. I won't bore you with the details, because, clearly, it's not the details that really motivate me to blog after I've watched O.

It never ceases to amaze me that O is so awed by the subject du jour. Never. I am amazed by this...every time.

Inquiring Minds...

Clay Aiken comes out: ‘Yes, I’m gay.’

Really?

Apparently, it was important for the inquiring minds to know for sure.

Mantastic

With lots of bare chested male dancers doing their dance floor thing, Dancing With the Stars was advertised today as Mantastic.

Mantastic?

Mantastic.

Really?

Tough Call

Late night television talk shows have it going on tonight.

I could watch David Letterman whose guest is Barack Obama.

Or...

I could watch Jay Leno (who I can't stand) whose guests are Matthew McConaughey and T. Boone Pickens.

Hmmm...political rehetoric.

Or...

Eye candy and a private citizen's new approach to solving our energy problems (I guess?).

Tough call.

Who is Christine Adams?

With so much at stake, there is one candidate who may be able to make the difference. Adams has surprised both Democrats and Republicans with a grass roots effort. This candidate has made many wonder: Who is Christine Adams?

Click here to learn more about my campaign.

UPDATE 9/11/08: The link originally took you to a news video which talked about the phenomenon of this "virtual unknown" presidential candidate who has gained popularity at the grass roots level. It is interspersed with a bus ad, a billboard, and even a tattoo in some old lady's "tramp stamp" area. You could customize the video so that all things have your name on those things. Apparently, however, there is some sort of copyright issue with the host of this site, so the video is no longer available. If you got here too late, too bad so sad. You missed the video.
